You make money, WE make money!

Please submit proof of brokerage accusations

We initially created the petition at change.org with over 28,000 signatures (see below the petition and the article) the next step is proving our claims. As we are all aware the protests have brought to light many issues with brokers who have shorted owner-operators and small fleets. Our goal is to help supporters create a compilation of events with proof, in order to be able to prove our claims. Please fill the form below so the process may begin.

We need you to submit the things that have happened to you, with details like dates, shippers, brokers to and from even rate con if possible. Please be aware that we will NOT MAKE PUBLIC your personal information. When we create the site to expose brokers, it will only have the broker information, date, and load details, plus your message describing what happened.

Another thing you can do is :

Ask to review the record of the transaction in order to see what the customer/ shipper paid. As soon as you start the call please try to record in order to get proof if they do not disclose such information. Share your audio so we can show proof of how they denied details.

If you cannot submit an audio file please e-mail it (proof@arylogisticsdispatchandleasing.com)with your name and we will add it to your submission

Instructions: IF there is anything you are not sure how to proceed on please call us. We are glad to help.

1. Looking at transactions that have taken place up to 8 months from now. Get rate conformation ready in order to gather details.

2. Gather e-mails, text messages, and any other information you have in order to build your case. Send screenshots of these.

2. The rate confirmation number will be your case number, below. Like that when we go to court we have a way to backtrack.
